Importation of Afghan heroin to Kenya, causing widespread addiction in the country, is behind an alarming spread of HIV/AIDS in Kenya, according to the latest report of the United Nations Security Council.  The council, concerned about global security, encouraged all UN agencies to take action against the drug trafficking.
