Uganda Health News: Minister decries limited funding to health

Responding to earlier calls from the Ugandan Parliament’s House Committee on HIV/AIDS to increase funding for HIV, the Ugandan Minister of Health, Dr. Stephen Malinga, said that the current revenue base of the Ugandan government is too small to tackle the country’s disease prevention and treatment challenges.
