Global Health Progress

In the wake of a national rise in HIV infection rates and worried that their current messages are not getting through to Ugandans, the Uganda AIDS Commission has decided to change the tone of its national public health campaigns, to present the more stark reality of HIV infection.  The Commission is even considering returning to its old fear-based campaigns.
