Global Health Progress

Namibia’s National Road Safety Council  announced this week that they will be administering roadblocks across the country this season.  The roadblocks are intended to remind drivers of proper road safety procedures and to minimize the number of vehicular accidents and related deaths this season. Road accidents are one of the leading causes of death in Namibia along with malaria and HIV/AIDS.
