Gender Gap in Philippines Worsens for First Time, Says Report

For the first time in four years, the Philippines ranking dropped on the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Index, an annual report measuring the economic, educational, and political opportunities, as well as the health and survival of women in 134 countries. Despite the drop, the Philippines remains the highest ranked Asian country on the Global Gender Gap Index.
